An order form to order PE Uniforms and purple sweatshirts was sent home two weeks ago. If you order is not turned into the school office by June 8th with payment, please drop off at Metro Promotional Services.

Report Cards may be picked up on Wednesday, May 31st through June 1st from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
THE FRAZIER HISTORY MUSEUM
THURSDAY, JUNE 15TH
For The Hunger Games: The Exhibition, the Frazier History Museum will have evening hours on several dates in June, and Thursday, June 15 will be designated as a special night for families of the Archdiocese of Louisville Catholic Schools. On those day families can attend from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. for a discounted price of $20 per person (a savings of $7.50 per ticket).
The Museum recommends that guests arrive by 7:00 p.m. so they are not rushed. For convenience, the parking lot will be open and available for a fee of $6 per car. Families should say “Archdiocese” when purchasing tickets to obtain the discount.
If you will have a child riding the bus for the 2017-2018 year (existing or new family), please call Miller Transportation at (502) 368-5644. Please turn in to the office the Behavior Contract and the Bus Agreement Form.
One Child – $390 year or $39 per month for 10 months.
Family – $520 year or $52 per month for 10 months.

SNA Computer Summer Camps lead by

Campers will be using problem solving skills and learning some of the basics of computer programming. Cost of each camp is $60, and will include a t-shirt. If interested, please click here to register.

It is time to register for fall sports teams! Registrations for volleyball, peewee volleyball, peewee flag football and cross-country running are now open! Please make every effort to register as soon as possible. Even if you choose not to pay the associated fee until the fall, registering in advance allows the athletic coordinators to plan for the season.
We are using a new sports management website. You’ll need to set up a profile, similar to our old website, where you will create sub-profiles for each child and then register them for the appropriate sport(s). We are still learning how to use this new site so please let Greg Willett or Kelly Hollis know about any hiccups you encounter when trying to get registered so that we can address those. You can access the site here: http://csaa-stnicholas.website.siplay.com/ and then click the registration banner and you will be prompted to create an account.
You will also notice that there will be an option for you to indicate that you are willing to volunteer as a coach or coaching assistant. If you are considering it, please go ahead and let us know that when you register and we will reach out over the summer to discuss.
